A young man was arrested at the airport while trying to travel to Dubai with 30,000 Saudi riyals.
Samir Bahadur Magar, a 19-year-old man from Rampur Municipality-10, Palpa, who was on his way to Dubai with 30,000 Saudi Riyals, has been arrested at the airport.
The police arrested the man for illegally carrying 30,000 Saudi Riyals from the hand baggage checking area of the international flight departure area of the international airport.
While he was on his way to Dubai from Kathmandu by a Himalaya Airlines flight, the police deployed from the Tribhuvan International Airport Security Office found the Saudi Riyals and arrested him.
The man has been sent to the Revenue Investigation Department for necessary investigation and legal action.
