Less than 15 days after the completion of the blacktop on the paved road (Dudh Pokhari Highway) connecting Thantipokhari Bazaar, Ward No. 5, Palungtar Municipality, Gorkha District, Magar Village Water Tank, Sakhra, Ranikhet, and Dumre Dada, vehicles damaged the road while moving. It seemed that the road was constructed without proper monitoring. After widespread criticism on social media, the Dudhpokhari Highway is now being reconstructed by Palungtar Municipality.
